I shall, on Tuesday - the first day of December next, offer for sale the plan- - atitn on which I now reside, known as Prospect Hill, containing One Thousand Acres, situated in the upper ! part of Halifax County, North Carolina, four miles . north of Brinkleyville, and nine miles South of Little- J ton on the Raleigh and Gaston Railroad. Two hun dred acres of the land lie immediately on a never- .' failing stream of water; the balance being in upland ! virgin forest and cleared land. The land is well adapt- j ed to the growth of cotton, corn, wheat and tobaeco. t Two miles South of the dwelling and adjoining the ! tract is situated a good Flour and Grist Mill; alro, ! four miles North a Grain Mill, at which the producer j can dispose of his grain at fair prices. The dwelling ! house, two stories high, containing9 rooms, is one of the i best finished houses (located in thecountry) in the State, ‘ the construction of which cost ten thousand dollars — I Some 12 or 15 out houses, in sight, afford every con- | venience. Nature never furnished a more beautiful 1 scenery than surrounds the buildings.
